- Synopsis:
- Mixed Blessings is a British sitcom about newly wed inter-racial couple Thomas Simpson and Susan Lambert. Made during the 1970’s the series was applauded for its progressive premise and for raising awareness of issues that affected a newly emerging generation of mixed race children and inter-racial couples. Can Thomas and Susan's friends and family put their prejudices aside and accept the new in-laws regardless of the colour of their skin.
