Four months have passed since the destruction of the Africa Tower. Kati Mannequin disappeared; the regular army has been absorbed by the A-Laws and the members of Kataron are hunted ruthlessly. The A-Laws proceed to attack Celestial Being with the help of Anew Returner, an agent for Ribbons Almark. On Tieria Erde s suggestion, Celestial Being decides to retake control of Veda in order to defeat Ribbon Almark and the Innovators. While acts of treason start to cascade on every side of the conflict, Setsuna realizes his abilities as an innovator. Who will be victorious and decide the fate of the human race?
