More Than Blue (2018)

Taiwanese romantic drama. The film follows the relationship of soulmates K and Cream (Jasper Liu and Ivy Yi-Han Chen), who meet in high school and go on to live together, despite not confessing their true feelings for one another. After K is diagnosed with leukaemia, he keeps his illness a secret from Cream and urges her to marry another man so she doesn't have to live her fear of being alone, but will she take his advice?
