- Bill Cosby, Harvey Keitel and Raquel Welch star in this zany 1976 comedy about two privately owned ambulance companies in intense competition for a contract with the city of Los Angeles. A mix of slapstick comedy punctuated by moments of drama, the film follows a group of unique colleagues, including an ambulance driver who drinks at the wheel, a sexy female switchboard operator and a police officer on suspension for peddling drugs to minors.
