In a series of self-contained short films exploring the psychology and motive of an array of different killers, a respected headmaster gets embroiled in a rent boy's accidental murder, an off-duty police officer turns vigilante and ends up murdering a convicted paedophile, a lonely call-centre worker becomes obsessed with her boss and decides to murder the co-worker she suspects of having an affair with him, and a mother decides to take a brutal revenge on the man responsible for bullying her son and forcing him to suicide over 25 years ago.
1. Teacher A respected headmaster, with a blameless life behind him, has one moment of madness -and his world falls apart.
2. Flame When fireman, Joe Waterman (Steve McFadden), discovers his wife is having an affair with a colleague, he makes contact with a mysterious man who offers to solve all his problems.
