- Roberto Cordova (Vincenzo Salemme) is a doctor in a small village in Italy. He is suffering from a serious heart disease and he needs to go to America for a life saving operation where his chances of surviving are slim. Before Roberto leaves he decides to indulge in all the pleasures and wishes he previously denied himself. Roberto has one secret wish - to have one night of passionate sex with his best friend Michelino's (Carlo Buccirosso) beautiful Swedish wife, Freida (Eva Herzigova). Roberto decides he is going to make this 'indecent proposal' to Michelino. How will Michelino react to this request? Roberto is one of his dearest boyhood friends but Freida is his beloved wife?
