Dark comedy-drama directed and co-written by Leon Prudovsky set in Colombia in 1960. Lonely Holocaust survivor Mr. Polsky (David Hayman) begins to believe that his new German neighbor Mr. Herzog (Udo Kier) is actually Adolf Hitler. When no one takes him seriously, he starts his own investigation, which includes getting to know his neighbor. In the process, he finds that they are becoming friends.
