"My Place" is based on the much-loved Australian children's classic by Nadia Wheatley and Donna Rawlins, and tells story of one spot in South Sydney over 130 years. Starting in 2008, and taking us back to 1888, the series introduces us to thirteen kids, all with a talent for some kind of trouble, each hiding up the same ancient fig tree, and each with a story to tell. It's a rare child's eye view of the history of Sydney.
