The plot is based on the life of the protagonist, Naina Shah. When Naina is five years old, she loses her eyesight while travelling with her parents in a strange accident. The incident occurs on a solar eclipse day dated in 1986 in London. She loses her parents and is raised by her paternal grandmother. After several years, Naina gets a cornea transplant successfully done and gains her vision back. She later starts seeing weird instances in which people are dying and complains of vision problems. She also tells that she is able to see hooded persons around. A young psychiatrist named Sameer Patel dismisses her complaints as hallucinations. Naina tells Sameer that she sees someone else's reflection in the mirror then Sameer starts doubting. He somewhere feels that Naina is telling the truth and he agrees to help her out. He decides to investigate as to whom the original cornea belonged to. They think that by going to the place they will be able to unlock the mystery. The investigation leads them to a small village in New Bhuj, located in Gujarat, where the villagers state that the donor's cornea were cursed. The villagers behave in a hostile manner. Naina need to able to survive the hostility of the villagers and her own super sense so that she could live normally again. The story narrates how Naina finds answers to these questions. The story is beautifully woven, the movie keeps the horror and thrill intact from the first scene till the climax.
