Imelda Staunton stars in James MacDonald's adaptation of the iconic play by Edward Albee. After an evening of partying and drinking, Martha (Staunton) invites a new professor and his wife (Luke Treadaway and Imogen Poots) back to her home to carry on the revelries. Martha's husband George (Conleth Hill) however, is less than pleased at the situation. As the night goes on, the young, unsuspecting couple are drawn into the strange life of Martha and George, with the night ending with an unexpected bang.
