Ten episodes that follow the adventures of a young and excitable pink circus performer who misses her friends in the elephant herd back in Mandalay. One moonlit night, she hears the head of the herd calling her from far, far away - and, tired of performing for the circus and longing for home, Nellie packs her trunk and begins her journey. Each episode of this series chronicles the adventures of Nellie as she takes trains, planes, ships, rockets and even a UFO to get back to her family in the jungle.
