'No Offence', created by Paul Abbott, is a British police procedural comedy/drama, which follows a group of Manchester Metropolitan Police (based on the Greater Manchester Police) officers as they try to fathom their place in relations to their work and life in general. The show revolves around D.I. Viv Deering (played by Joanna Scanlan) and her attempt to uncover the motives behind several Down syndrome girls’ killings.
