- When successful financial advisor Derek Charles (Idris Elba) settles into a new Los Angeles neighbourhood with his loving wife Sharon (Beyonce Knowles) and young son Kyle, everything seems perfect. But when a beautiful temp, Lisa (Ali Larter), joins the firm, Derek's life takes a strange turn. After a misunderstood encounter at the company holiday party, Lisa begins to spiral out of control - putting Derek's career in jeopardy and Sharon's marriage and life on the line.

Beware beautiful women with a glint in their eye! - Obsessed review by CP Customer
A simple plot and one that rears it head daily at work.Temp fancies the boss and he is nice to her. However this temp is deranged and has no grip on reality as she becomes more and more obsessed in her pursuit of Bruce McGill. A superb performance by the beautiful Ali Larter and Beyonce is OK. hairs on the neck stuff but makes me glad I'm unattractive to women!

Not alot here - Obsessed review by CP Customer
A generic by-the-numbers American thriller that fails to ignite. The leads are hopeless with a constant stream of Beyonce songs on the soundtrack reminding you where her talent resides. The real interest is the Lisa character who seems to possess a sixth sense and superb timing. Sadly the spotlight is firmly on the couple, but Lisa is the real interest. We learn very little about her past or motives when that would be a film worth watching.

I was so looking forward to seeing Beyonce in a more challenging role from her previous films but she backed a lame horse here! The story is a typical cliched happy successful couple with beautiful child living in huge house, then along comes beautiful sexy temptress who develops an 'obsession' with the husband etc etc, the other actors overshadow Beyonce's perfomance, but she is so over the top she ruins what could have been a watchable film. This film could be an episode from any tv series. It was like a pie with hardly any filling. Disappointing.
