The film depicts the modern city life concerning arts, living space and historical memories from the perspective of independent singers. It's a fluid visual records about the past, the present and the future of Hong Kong. Director Anson Mak lets three independent singers: My Little Airport, The Pancakes and Mininoise, separately chose one location and one song by themselves and based on that, he start a visual and auditory journey exploring all the memories and prospects of this land and inhabitants. In this floating city, people are struggling in the narrow space, trying to defend their own culture, arts, histories and fighting for their dignity and belief. Like what the film proves: everyone is entitled to pursuing freedom in their own way.
