- Synopsis:
- Baseball player Carlton Garrett (Justin Timberlake) has to take a road trip to track down his errant father (Jeff Bridges) when his mother (Mary Steenburgen) is taken into hospital. Carlton and his friend, Lucy (Kate Mara), set off to Ohio where they find his legendary professional athlete father, Kyle, and must convince him to come back home with them. After much chasing and missed flights due to Kyle's mischievous behaviour, the awkward threesome eventually hit the road, though their problems are far from behind them. Will father and son be able to face their issues and make it to the hospital in time?
