- When the USA government launches a satellite, codenamed Iris One that is specially equipped to detect illegal drug stashes, throughout the world, it is a deadly blow to the drug cartels and could signal the death throes of their evil billion dollar business. Facing such a serious threat the crime lords unite, and hatch a comprehensive and deadly plot, that will make the Government 'think again' and with both money and resources 'no object' for these ruthless barons they target a massive chemical attack on New York.
