- When a lone Orca whale is spotted off the coast of Vancouver Island it's obvious it has been separated from its family and shouldn't be there. However the whale soon becomes a media and tourist sensation. When the Department of Fisheries decide it is going to capture it, a group of locals band together to help save the animal that has brought their community together. 'Orca: The Journey Home' is an uplifting tale of family and friendship and one lonely whale's fight to find it's home.
