In this three-part travelogue series Lincolnshire lorry mechanic and motorcycle racer Guy Martin will explore China, the modern day workshop of the world, ignoring the usual tourist hotspots and instead looking for extreme experiences to satisfy each of his passions. Yangtze River
Guy builds his own electric motorbike in a factory in Chongqing, the fastest growing city in the world, before visiting the world's biggest public toilet and heading along the Yangtze towards Shanghai.
BeijingGuy explores Beijing, buying a rudimentary Flying Pigeon bicycle, finding out how China's super-rich live, and racing the 'Nigel Mansell of rickshaws' around the tight and twisty backstreets.
The Taklamakan Desert
