- Frankie Chan casts himself in the lead role as a smooth-talking, Kung Fu-fighting car thief in this classic 1990 Hong Kong action flick - complete with fast cars and high-kicking women. Professional sports car thieves James (Frankie Chan) and Bond (Siu Chung Mok) run into trouble when a Hong Kong gang boss forces them to steal Porsches and Ferraris on a daily basis.
