Rent Overkill (1996)

With a choice between disciplinary action and taking a vacation at a tropical resort, LA Narcotics Officer Jack Hazard soon finds himself on the sunny beaches of San Carlos and ready to have some fun. The last thing he wants is trouble, but after saving a man from being beaten to death, Hazard finds his life threatened by the leader of a deadly illicit organisation who deems him guilty by association - and will stop at nothing to track him down.
