- Synopsis:
- Oz is an American drama series about a group of inmates who are serving time on a new experimental ward in a prison in New York State. The series follows the prisoners who reside in the prison’s new wing, The Emerald City and how everyone, guards and prisoners, tries to make it to the next day alive. The series follows these prisoners as they try to get rehabilitated or in some cases, they attempt to cause more problems inside than they did on the outside. The series looks at different classes as well as the effects of prison on different members of society.
