- Bob Hoskins, Maureen Stapleton and Tim Curry lead an all-star comedy cast in this uproarious look at the most outrageous family reunion ever. The laughs start when the quirky members of the Scanlan family return home to pay their final respects to their dearly departed dad. But the formal Irish wake they have planned soon becomes a funeral of the errors as old sibling rivalries, new love affairs and a runaway refugee turn the proceedings upside down. It isn't long before they realise that it will take a lot of luck - and a little love - for them to make it through this wild weekend.
