Well, I really have to give the thumbs down to this one. I settled down thinking I was going to get some broad laughable humour, think of any semi coarse\coarse comedians, and you would think you would be getting that, bearing in mind the blurb given out on this DVD. I even thought I might get some belly laughs... but after stomaching the first 20 minutes of so called humour, involving IRA asides, London bombing jokes and jokes trying to intimate that Irish people think that would be funny in London or at home (Ireland), and to what was an Irish crowd after all, I realise, there were plenty from what I could see on the camera shots, seemed to think the humour too base and downright embarrassing, it seemed he had set the intro in a pro 70s "The Troubles" atmosphere (that he tried to engender) from the very start - and yes it was devoid of real humour, was even embarrasing. I tried to sit (that's squirm) through several more minutes of it before giving up. The DVD may well have got better further on, but my true point is... if you want someone to sit through a show, DVD, cinema experience or whatever else... you don't make them feel uncomfortable for the first 15 to 20 minutes, after filling them with expectation of a good laugh from the start (look at the blurb\front cover etc), without expecting those same punters to say what a waste of money, as they get up to leave the theatre\cinema, or wish they hadn't bought the DVD. I'm so glad I can return this without having had to actually pay for it. I really can't recommend this one based on the first 15 or 20 minutes.
