- Peaky Blinders, created by Steven Knight, is a historical fiction drama series set in Birmingham, England, which follows the operations of the unscrupulous gangster boss Thomas Shelby (Cillian Murphy) who wants nothing but power in the midst of World War I and its consequences. The main plot revolves around the Peaky Blinders gang, who were infamously known for sewing sharp razors on top of their hats.The joining cast consists of Tom Hardy and Sam Neil as Inspector Chester Campbell among others.
