For many, Los Angeles is the city of dreams: an Oasis of palm trees, fast cars and above all else success. But for others, like Walter Woods (Rob Lowe), it can be a nightmare come true. Walter is an ambitious young architect from San Francisco, hired to design a Beverly Hills mansion for a wealthy new client, Harrison (James Belushi). Confident that this is the turning point in his career Walter speeds down the Pacific Coast Highway, towards LA and into a disastrous and violent turn of events that will change his life or end it altogether. A series unexplicablc events soon begin to unnerve the normally calm and cool Walter, is he suffering from a little urban paranoia, or is he living in peril? - Actors:
