On 29th September the cream of British comedy congregated at the Prince of Wales Theatre in London's West End to pay tribute to Peter Cook. The show provided a rare opportunity to see ex-Pythons Terry Jones and Michael Palin together again, and also featured a specially written performance by Adrian Edmondson and Rik Mayall, as well as appearances by Harry Enfield, Angus Deyton, Dom Joly, Jon Culshaw, David Baddiel, Clive Anderson, Griff Rhys Jones, Neil Innes and Josie Lawrence, many of whom recreated classic Cook sketches. The show was hosted by Sir David Frost and the event raised funds for the Peter Cook Foundation.
