- Synopsis:
- Tamil-language action drama written and directed by Karthik Subbaraj. Kaali (Rajinikanth) works as a warden at a boys' hostel in Darjeeling yet despite his popularity and pleasant personality he has a troubled past. When a group of rowdy students need to be dealt with it turns out that one of them has links to one of Kaali's past adversaries. Rival gangs then become embroiled in a conflict that threatens Kaali's life as well as those closest to him.
