Simon Tate thinks its strange that four of his fellow classmates have died in seemingly unrelated accidents, but he's not the only one who thinks this. It's too coincidental for Dr. Benjamin Roanic to believe they were all his patients, taking part in a Top Secret drug test programme for a major pharmaceutical company. While Simon searches for clues to link the murders, Roanic desperately attempts to warn the two remaining test subjects that their lives are in danger, and soon becomes a target of elimination.
On the run, the only person Roanic can turn to is his friend Simon. Drawn into a world of corporate conspiracy Simon begins a race to uncover a deadly experiment but soon discovers it has become a race to stay alive..
