Stuck with the possibility of spending the summer working in a burger joint and learning about responsibility, Benny knows he has to come up with a more enticing plan! So with his folks out of town, the rotund teen and his terminally suave buddy 'borrow' pop's Mercedes convertible and high tail the renegade vehicle to the Los Angeles beaches, where opportunities to score will miraculously sweep in with the tide! Well, that is until they run out of money and the 'folks' turn up in the same hotel... is there no way out for Benny?
