With a choice of two levels throughout, this programme allows you to progress at your own pace, working your body as a whole, co-ordinating your upper and lower muscles with the body's centre. Developed by Joseph Pilates about 90 years ago, this practise will help you develop longer, leaner muscles, whilst improving strength, flexibility and posture and setting the conditions for inch loss.
