- A potting maker attempts to avoid the attentions of the Gardai in Connemara. This film, made in Connemara and involving its people, involves the trials and tribulations of the elusive “Poitín” maker and his accomplices providing along the way an unsentimental view of life in the west, with all it's humour and hardship.
