- Synopsis:
- Made-for-TV drama, set on a ranch in western Canada during the 1920's. Ranch hand Roy Leckner (Henry Czerny) has been asked by his dying employer to find his long lost son, and discovers that the boy has been incarcerated in an asylum for his whole life. When the boy's father dies Leckner is left to look after him, struggling to form a bond with the child while at the same time trying to fight off attempts by local businessman Sir Robert Butler (David Fox) to buy the ranch.
