- When Susan (Charisma Carpenter), a successful horror novelist, relocates from California to the rural English countryside in search of peace, the newly-wed finds it in a picturesque, isolated manor house. But soon after settling in Susan is unnerved by encounters with the creepy locals and terrified by unexplained disturbances in the old house. Before long her dream of tranquillity unfolds into a nightmare as reality and delusion transcend into one and she is plagued to the point of madness.

Sadly one of the worst films I have ever experienced, even the hot leading actors can't save it. - Psychosis review by EP
This film is terrible, it is like a student's effort. The budget is low.
Some spoilers follow.
The story is not credible, how could someone from USA experience things on events that happened in UK 10 years earlier, just doesn't make sense. The storyline that the husband drives his wife nuts using a partially staged sequence of events in a large country house but it is too disjointed and unpolished, just not believable. The acting (although the leads are hot!) is for the most part awful.
The effects are second rate and the "twist" at the very end which maybe is supposed to hold it together is just naff.
Not just my view by the way, look at other reviews on-line.
This is not even worth watching to experience a B movie, it's just at best second rate.
