Juliana Afram is an international presenter and certified Pilates coach as well as head of the coaching staff and owner of Power Pilates Germany. Due to her exceptional knowledge she is one of the most sought-after personalities and Pilates experts. She works mainly with the traditional Pilates method but integrates new scientific research as well. On this video, Juliana presents all traditional Pilates Basic Exercises. The video starts with preparational Pilates exercises, designed to warm up the body and prepare body, spirit, and soul for the following Pilates mat-work. In part 2, Juliana presents all classic Basic Exercises with minute workout instructions. The Flow part features all exercises in a swift run-through (transitions between exercises are highlighted). All three parts can be viewed separately or in sequence, allowing you to do a full hour of Pilates.
