- Pushing Daisies is an American comedy drama series from the creator of Dead Like Me, Brian Fuller. The series follows pie-maker, Ned (Lee Pace) who has the power to bring dead people back to life. Using his powers Ned solves murder mysteries with his alive-again childhood sweetheart, Charlotte "Chuck" Charles (Anna Friel), a cynical private investigator Emerson Cod (Chi McBride), and a lovesick waitress, Olive Snook (Kristin Chenoweth).
