Synopsis:
Originally The Wansbeck Valley Railway was part of an inland route from Newcastle to Edinburgh. Latterly it ran only 21 miles to Woodburn through 'The Wild Hills of the Wannie'. These two amateur films made in the last days of the line, digitally re-mastered, provide a priceless and nostalgic record of the Wannie Line.
