- Synopsis:
- Stellan Skarsgård and Nina Hoss star in this romantic drama. While in New York on the latest leg of his book tour, German author Max Zorn (Skarsgård) decides to try and seek out old flame Rebecca (Hoss), with whom he shared a passionate romance 17 years ago. Despite being in a new relationship with Clara (Susanne Wolff), Max tracks Rebecca down and pleads with her to share some time with him. After she reluctantly agrees, the pair set off for Montauk in the hope of finally discovering whether their romance was meaningless or if they have a future worth pursuing together.
