A British-made biopic of Cecil Rhodes (Walter Huston), the man whom the African territory Rhodesia (now Zambia and Zimbabwe) was named after. Rhodes, a strong proponent of colonialism, discovered the world's most profitable diamond mine and became a politician and founder of the Rhodes Scholarship In the late 1800s.
