A film about a game of golf and without words, except for the occasional 'Rhubarb'. The Police Inspector (Eric Sykes) cheats his way through his favourite game against the vicar (Bob Todd) with the help of his Constable (Jimmy Edwards). Falling foul of the chaos are Charlie Drake, Hattie Jacques, Roy Kinnear, Beryl Reid and others.
