Synopsis:
On August 22, 1985 in Los Angeles, California, Rick Nelson showed a sold-out Universal Amphitheatre crowd why he was one of Rock 'n' Roll's most vital and energetic showman. An instant success at seventeen with his 1955 hit 'I'm Walkin'', and a Rock 'n' Roll legend before he was old enough to vote'. Ricky proceeded to hit the pop charts 52 more times, in three different decades. Credited with having performed in the first 'concept' rock video with 'Travellin' Man', in 1961. Ricky is captured here in this outstanding video and recording performance prior to his tragic death. Elected to the newly founded Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame in his second year of eligability. Rick remains one of Billboard Magazine's Top Ten charting artists of all time! An historic concert by an immoral Rock 'n' Roll superstar!
