These six episodes brought to a close one of the best Britcoms ever. The action centers on Rigsbythe miserly, lecherous landlord of a rundown rooming house who becomes completely irresistible in the hands of comedy great Leonard Rossiter. And who could blame Rigsby for lusting after his long-term tenant Miss Jones (Frances de la Tour), who in turn lusts after anything in pants - except Rigsby. With suave university student Philip (Don Warrington) lending his wry commentary on the proceedings, Rigsby gets religion, an unexpected inheritance, and - most astonishingly - a fianc. Could it possibly be wedding bells for Rigsby and Miss Jones...
