Road Racing Legend: Brian Steenson (2023)

This documentary film reflects on the short life of Brian Steenson from his primary school days in Killyleagh through his time at Down High School to reading Engineering at Queens University, Belfast. Highlights from his motorcycle racing career are woven through his personal life including his long association with his childhood sweetheart Irene. The programme is illustrated with many unseen pictures, archive film, dramatic re-enactments, memorabilia and cartoons covering his races and life outside the track. This is a human story told by those who knew Brian best.
