- Synopsis:
- Road to Avonlea is a Canadian drama series about the men and women who live in the region of Avonlea and the young heiress who moves to Avonlea to be with her unknown relatives. The series follows Sara Stanley (Sarah Polley), a 10 year old girl who is sent to live with her two aunts in Avonlea and must learn to adjust to her new life in this new community and being so important. The show chronicles her adventures in the new region as her aunts try to keep her safe as she grows up and experiences everything her new found life has to offer.
