Instructional fitness programme presented by Rodney Yee. Six routines are included in all,each based around the principles and practice of yoga. The routines included are: 'Lower Balance','Back Balance','Internal Balance','Bending Balance','Restorative Balance' and 'Life Balance Meditation'.
