After the success of their first Great British Adventure, Rory McGrath and Paddy McGuinness are back on the road in their old campervan on their entertaining tour of Britain looking for and taking part in further weird and wonderful sports. They play the locals at their own games but also compete against each other in the grand spirit of sport with just the teeniest bit of competitiveness. Starting the first leg of their journey in Scotland, where against a backdrop of beautiful mountain scenery, the first sport the inept duo face is white water racing down a two-mile stretch of the icy cold River Nevis on an airbed, attempting to navigate the Gurgling Gorge, the Leg Breaker and the Lower Falls Leap! Haggis hurling, flounder tramping, clog dancing, hen racing, black pudding throwing and lawn mower racing are some of the other ludicrous sports they take part in before they finish up in the south west and try a spot of the ancient or not so ancient art of nurdling, an enjoyable Dorsetshire pastime that requires some physical effort and lots of drinking.
