Jon Bon Jovi stars in this drama about an ex-con who finds love while trying to go straight. Now back on the streets after serving time for a crime that his brother committed, Jamey Meadows (Bon Jovi) is finding it hard to put his life back together. With his brother Gil (William Forsythe) trying to bring him back to his former ways, Jamey accepts a job as a census taker to escape the pressure. Doing the rounds one day, he meets, and quickly falls for, the charms of Chinese immigrant Chun Hua (Bai Ling), a woman who has problems of her own. But with their different worlds conspiring to keep them apart, can they finally manage to overcome their problems and find the happiness they desperately crave? - Actors:
