- Synopsis:
- Former top hostage negotiator Sang (Lau Ching Wan) has now been promoted to superintendent but is bored and frustrated with his dull new desk job. His opportunity for action presents itself when a mysterious character called Ken (Ekin Cheng) attempts to blackmail a large corporation for 20 million dollars. The superintendent soon learns that Ken is a sophisticated art thief and talented magician and before long, finds himself lured into a hostage situation and so a high stakes cat and mouse game begins all over again for Sang.
