Samurai Gun: Vol.4 (2005)

Kazuhiko Kikuchi's (Jaianto Gogu) graphic and often hair-raising Wild-East anime supposes what the Edo period would have been like if Samurai had had shooters instead of swords. An oppressive Shogunate rules the land with an iron rod - the populace is kept cowed and easily controlled by regular beatings,imprisonment, brutal rapes and even murders. However, a small group of samurai with a strong sense of justice and morality have banded together and developed some technologically superior weaponry - guns. At their core is Ichimatsu, a worker at a local inn. By night he is Samurai Gun and dispenses trigger-justice to those who warrant it most.
