Jane's mother died at birth and her father (voice of Masaaki Tsukuda), a rich English aristocrat, married another woman shortly afterwards. William (voice of Toru Ohkawa), the new stepson, despises his new father and does not like his stepbrother George. George (voice of Masakazu Suzuki) and Jane (voice of Ema Kogure) dream of building a flying machine at some point. For this purpose, George goes to Asia to go on an expedition there, believing that there is a special type of sand that gives machines the ability to fly. A short time later, however, it is announced that he was executed for treason.
William suddenly disappears, and when Jane suddenly receives an unsigned letter with blue, floating sand, she realizes that her brother must still be alive. She goes to Asia to find him and prove his innocence. There are many secrets for Jane and her new friends to solve, but some secrets should remain undiscovered forever ...
