- Synopsis:
- Lila (Kari Wuhrer) is a starving artist taking a job in the Psychology Department for extra cash. She meets with Professor Burton (Eric Roberts) and he explains the work: Lila is to report on the sensations she receives from various objects. Lila correctly senses the objects belong to a woman who was murdered. Lila moves into the deceased women's apartment to uncover the mystery. But as the plot unfolds, we learn that Burton is using Lila for her psychic ability and to identify the murder because the Professor himself is under suspicion for the crime.
